By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The Collab Society reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

1. PROVIDING CONTENT. By submitting advertising material to us or authorising or approving the publication of advertising material by us on your behalf, you warrant that the advertising material complies with all relevant laws and regulations and that its publication will not give rise to any claims or liabilities against us.

This means;

If sending us any images to use for additional promotion of your brand please ensure you have authorisation to use these.

2. GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. Due to the unpredictable nature of the Internet, the involvement of third parties (including, without limitation, Instagram algorithms, Paid Ads and Influencers), and variable audience response, The Collab Society in no way represents, warrants, or guarantees that any measurable or immeasurable results will occur from any of the Marketing Services, including, without limitation, followers, revenues, sales, audience or other metrics.  These variables are not indicative of prospects, long-term performance, or The Collab Society's performance in general.

This means;

We are unable to guarantee a specific result or follower gain for our Campaigns due to the unpredictable nature of both ours and our Influencers audience response.

3. REFUNDS. Refunds are available on services within 48 hours of purchase for change of mind. Refunds will not be given on services provided by The Collab Society unless agreed otherwise. In the event a Campaign has been rescheduled or cancelled you will be given the option for a full refund.

We do not offer refunds for any services that have been provided in full.
