A household name on the Australian Nursery Furniture scene, Tasman Eco recently collaborated with SKEEHAN Studio to create their brand new Willow Collection. Together they've undoubtedly set the bar when it comes to premium Nursery furniture that ticks all the boxes. Innovative, check. Functionality, positive. Pinterest-worthy aesthetics, check check check! We were lucky enough to get our hands on the Willow Collection to feature in this room reveal and we were all impressed with how seamlessly the entire range could be re-shuffled in different settings like the toddler bedroom and the living room. The dresser in particular was styled as a buffet for the living room edit, yet twenty minutes later it was sitting just as pretty when it was as a change table in the Nursery.
When we began concepts for our Convertible Nursery shoot there was no doubt that the stunning Jolie Rocker had to make an appearance. Designed and created by local SA business, Nuage Interiors, the Jolie Rocker features easily interchangeable legs transforming it into a designer arm chair within minutes. Since we really wanted to focus on timeless furniture for the Nursery, the signature buttery soft boucle fabric option that Nuage Interiors is known for was a great option!
We were already well familiar with Olive Et Oriel's extensive range of Artworks and Prints, but were amazed with their endless collection of designer wallpaper! With over 1,500 designs to choose it's no surprise that Olive Et Oriel are leading the game when it comes to wallpaper for Nurseries. For this space, we were after a timeless subtle design since we were restyling the space into a kids bedroom and also a living area, and there would be no multiple wallpaper installs here! We selected the Aperol design in White on Beige, a beautifully delicate pattern which was equally as detailed as it was soft. With the half-painted wall, we knew it would be difficult to find a design that wasn't too simple nor too overwhelming so we think we struck the perfect balance with this one!
Now, let's chat baby essentials! Brands are taking things to a whole new level right now when it comes to style, function and quality. In 2016 we settled for wicker baskets to store our change station essentials in, but in 2023 we're lucky enough to have the Bunnie Caddie! A luxury nappy caddie with interchangeable inserts easily making this perfect for everything! Think breastfeeding organiser, a travel organiser, a stylish first-aid organiser, toys storage, snack caddie, so versatile!
Another essential we featured in this Nursery reveal is the delightful Bubba Cloud. The innovative design on this baby lounger is the reason why not only your first, but second, third and fourth could enjoy it! Made from 100% ultra comfy GOTS Certified Organic Cotton mesh material for temperature regulation combined with hypoallergenic polyester filling for breathability and shape control, this baby essential is one for the baby shower wish list!
With the soft neutral tones and detailed texture featured throughout this Nursery, we wanted to introduce some beautifully detailed linen to match. We used a combination of neutral quilted waterproof cot sheets and a personalized knitted blanket to create the perfect keepsake. The range of color's offered by Baby Keepsake brand, One Little Day, had our entire styling team fighting over what to pick! But eventually settled on the Cream Diamond Knit Blanket personalized with the name of our baby model, beautiful blue-eyed 'Zellie', a keepsake to cherish for years to come.
